Should I be concerned? I have sour burps that lead to vomitting and upset stomach on ocaison.?

I think that can happen to everyone occasionally, but you should talk to your doctor to make sure that it is nothing serious.

Acid relux, or might be a food allergy-- look back on what you ate when this has happened and see if there are similar foods each time.

yes, sounds like you may have acid reflux. you should see your doctor and they can sort it out!
