Im going to be singing. Really dont even know what song i'm going to choose. Has anyone been in a talent show before and what songs would they like? any tips on what to wear or anything for them to pick you?

Choose whatever you enjoy singing, something that's in your vocal range, and something that shows off your personality. If there's a time limit, keep in mind that you will have to edit the music. With most pop songs it's possible to cut out a verse and chorus to accomodate that. If it's a musical theatre selection, You usually choose a start point in the song (about halfway through) so that you include the end of the song (the 'big' finish or the 'money' note).

Good luck!

If its a younger crowed go for a more modern song but something that makes people feel good. If its an older crowd go for a slower song. The song should bring out emotions or be inspirational etc.

I have helped my daughter win many talent shows. The key is to see how many points you get per category. Costume, projetcion, relating to audience ect. Make sure you have the best costume. make sure that you relate to audience. Cover all the categories.
