Erm... showering helps!
I know what you mean though, at this time of year when you're at work all day in your suit. I just go with the aftershave and hope that it'll work as a mask long enough.
Lastly, you could always buy more deodorant?

If you have any Talc or Talcum powder, those will do in a pinch...but a little messy.
Baby Powder is similar and will work in a pinch also, but won't last as long as Deodorant and are, yeah, a bit messier to 'apply'.

Soap is your best friend. Shower, dry thoroughly. You can use baking soda to lightly dust your underarms. It will help prevent odor. Baby powder works, too.

Well just using soap will be fine for a little while but you could use a perfume or cologne to help too
