do the bad things you do happen to you? has anyone had this...?
personally i think its mental punishment..you judge other people to your own standards its natural,so all the bad things your capable of doing, other people could do to you! or so you think because of your own standards!!
what do you think? have things happened to you that mirror things that you've done? any spooky coincedents?

I believe that bitter and twisted people have bitter and twisted experiences throughout their lives.

The bottom line is: Those people end up being shunned by others.

If you mean some kind of woo-woo mirror-image backlash, I don't think so. "Chickens coming home to roost" is more a matter of simple equilibrium. If you bring a foreign species into a habitat or eliminate the food supply of a native species, you unbalance that ecosystem and create unexpected consequences. If you continue to manipulate and abuse other people, either your victims and enablers will eventually turn on you in disgust or you will overreach yourself and run into a legal barrier no one can ignore. There's nothing mystical about it. It's a matter of closed system mechanics.

I think lots of people and religions, including atheists are accepting of this theory. Reaping and sowing, karma ect..
I'm sure everyones experienced it at one point. I think it's a natural force in the world.

no sorry, i don't see it at all. humans are capable of being almost randomly evil. sure some bad is going to happen to those that deserve it but in the main it is the same scum inflicting crime, violence, betrayal on the majority who are quite innocently going about their business.

some call it the law of nature, throw seeds at someone and they eventually are found growing in your own garden.

sometimes its a matter of that person "getting even" or "payback is a bee-sting".

other times its because the seeds you throw at someone are like spitting into the wind.

What goes around comes around is true to a certain extent simply by logic, if you go around doing horrible things, someone is more likely to want to do something horrible to you.
