YES! of coarse! Anyone can be handsome! being overweight could be a minor setback to handsomeness (is that a word) but it doesnt mean you ARENT handsome. I mean, are chubby girls hideous? Same thing (pretty much)

Absolutely. I know it may sound cliche, but it is the personality that matters. I think a guy who is sweet, funny, and great to be around is much more important than looks. Besides, I know several guys that are "overweight" but are very handsome. So...the answer is absolutely yes!

sure many overweight guys are handsome in the face they just have whats called a fat pack and theerefore has a very smallorgan

Heck yes! It's your personality/confidence that make you attractive. Some of my most attractive guy friends are overweight. Their friendliness, humor and well....just their overall personalities make them very attractive. And I know many other girls agree.
Just remember to be happy with who you are, be yourself...girls will find you attractive!

Yep as long as ur neat in appearance. My last bf before I got married was heavy. My hubby has put on considerable weight and I think he's sexy as hell.
