I've heard its meant to be good for your skin. I used to use it a lot and it really softened my skin but I looked too greasy. Now I just mix it with normal moisturiser to enrich it and its great. I suppose it depends on your skin type. It might cause spots for some people.

No i dont think adding oil to your face is good for your skin, because if you read the labels on different kinds of face wash it'll say oil free so im assuming its not good to have oil on your face. Its really good for your hair though :D i think.........

While it would moisturize your body, I don't recommend it for your face - I really think it would clog your pores. And truly, it's expensive and you could buy a good moisturizer for both face and body for much cheaper.
