I try to pray most days before I go to sleep, which is kind of hard because at that point I am so tired. So I started attempting to pray while I am driving by myself and I feel like that way it gets pretty much my full attention, as long as I'm like on a familiar route. If you have trouble praying on a regular basis you might wanna try and keep a journal or do a devotional.

If you mean taking specific time to just pray or meditate, then not enough. Ideally I aim for three times a day. Honestly, I'm lucky if I get one shot at it all day. That said, I pray to myself as much as I can, a few minutes at a time, pretty much all day. I also take a moment here and there to meditate and relax. That said, I'm still aiming at finding time to JUST do these things. They really make a difference in your day.

I pray all the time really, being a clown people wanna puch you and kids sometimes spit at you. Plus I pray when I am drunk driving that I don't get caught.

Back when I was a Christian, I would pray daily. It never worked, in spite of Matthew 7:7.
