your going to have to catch a train from middlesborough into darlington then from there into london kings cross then on the tube (victoria line) to seven sisters
tickets if you can book them in advance are likely to be between £30 to £40 each way if not your looking at £92 (Saver singel)or £107(Open single) one way and £93(saver return) or £214 (open return) this would not include travel on the underground which is £4 each way

Trans Pennine from Middlesborough to York, change for London train to King's Cross,then Victoria line to Tottenham Hale (there are other Tottenham stations, but the journey would be very complicated) Fares - check www.thetrainline.co.uk. They will depend on time of day you travel, how far ahead you book, etc.
