Hmmm, for me? I'd have to say going out with my friends once every 10 years and being a wild child again.
As for others I've heard? "The demons took over me, voices in my head telling me to do it; I couldn't help myself. It was like I was someone else." Oh, then there was the one, "The government implanted transmitters in my teeth and I was recieving communications from outer space, telling me what I needed to do and I did it. I'm normally a peaceful man, stay to myself, but I just couldn't take it anymore. They just took control." Then there was the one that sustained damage to his amygdala when he was a child and it caused him, in adulthood, to turn into a completely different person at night. These alter egos all belonged to serial killers - the otherwise "nice guys" when they're not busy killing other people.
