How is it that some one can shake a baby and get out on a 5,000 dollar bond. Do judges see this so much and just quite caring? What is the world coming too?

it sucks, but thats the way the judicial syatem works. Bail is based upon the likelyhood of repeat offensive and flight risk. She will be free until the trial, then be convicted.

i Don't know the same way the state turned a blind eye for 2 years with me when my bio father and mother left me in a crib for days and Sexually molested me from day one while my bio parents shot up with crack and herion.that was in 1985. i am adopted now which is good.
