I started itching night before last and it's still going. There are bumps, but they're not red--they're the same color as my skin. In some areas where I am itching, there are no bumps. THis has happened once before, a few months ago. It only lasted a couple days or so, but it seems as if I am itching more this time. I haven't changed my diet, or started using anything new. What could this possibly be--just a general guess? Should I go to the doctor to get an antihistamine?

no you probly have some dry skin and it will clear up on its own. Try some Eurcerin lotion, it is about 15 for a huge tub. It works great. It will sooth the itch and go away alot faster. If it does not go away in a week after you use it then go to the dr. Good luck!

You need to see a doctor immediately! It could be very serious or nothing at all! My mother was having something similar she had been seeing a dermatologist for years getting shots like three times a month. Then she found out she had a serious thyroid problem that could have killed her! I'm not trying to scare you It could be totally different which I'm sure it is but you need to check it out asap

Hope your OK

it could be that certain odor of food or your surroundings that attract pest. It could also be that your house is dry and you need a humidifyer. It could also be a certain food you ate that you are allergic to. I think to should see the doctor
