Being Pregnant = responsibilties
late stages of pregnancy = anxiety

You may be having some sort of anxiety about some responsibilities that you think you should have. Being pregnant in your subconscious mind in this case could symbolize a big deal of responsibilities. You somehow put this late stages of pregnancy as symbol of your heavy worries or anxiety. You may be stressed about school work and therefore, you vent this out in dream

Sounds like 'your baby' is all of the hard work you have put into your studies and your life. Your studies have taken up a lot of your time and attention much like a baby would have, and if you are about to graduate it means 'having the baby' is your fear and anticipation of graduation and wondering whether or not all the work you put into your studies is worth it, but you've loved the process at the same time.
School and a career is a big life step much like having a baby. This is indeed a biggie, but you see for yourself you are nearing the end of some hard work and focus.
Good luck when you graduate!

you know it's funny. i always have these dreams too. but i'm married and already have 3 kids. however, i only have boys. and in my dreams, i have a daughter. i have always wanted a girl. none of my siblings have kids yet. so i am just here waiting to have a niece someday. my husbabd refuses to have anymore kids so me being pregnant is out of the question. i also wouldn't want to start from the begining anymore. the youngest is 6. they all know how to do everything on their own and it's the best feeling in the world.

that doesn't stop me from secretly wishing i had a daughter though.
