They call them one thousand legs bugs, they are so creepy. help.

Maybe call Orkin. Do a internet search and see what it says.
You need to close all cracks into the house. Cover drains in a basement with a rubber cover.
I don't have this problem with centipedes but other insects.

your house must be very damp, cenipedes love moisture, as do all bugs. try using a dehumidifier
