After i got it cut, i got braids lik a week after. I still have the braids on, so will my hair grow long?
When i got it cut, my hair ended up bein down to my neck.

maybe from what I heard hair grows half an inch every month so by now your hair should have grown about 3 inches.

braiding increases the tension of your hair pulling it from the root. so in ways, it does grow faster but you also lose more hair keeping braids in (we shed at least 100 hairs a day). you also will increase the risk of receding hairline over time if you braid it often.....fyi the question seems like you are saying you left your braids in for six months lol

You hair will keep growing but if they are too tight it can cause breakage.
