WEll you should repair your hair by doing htis:

1. Wash your hair with enough clarifying shampoo to create a lather over the entire scalp. (This will remove product buildup and help the deep conditioner penetrate the hair shaft.) Rinse thoroughly and squeeze out excess water with a towel.

2. Rub a quarter-size dollop of deep conditioner between your palms, then rake it through your hair with your fingers. (A comb or brush can cause breakage.) Concentrate on the ends, which are usually most damaged. Those with fine hair should use slightly less conditioner (preferably one made for their hair type) and avoid the crown entirely.

3. Secure coated hair into a loose bun or twist. Cover your head with a shower cap, then wrap a warm, damp towel around it. (The heat maximizes penetration.) Leave the cap on for at least 15 minutes, then rinse hair thoroughly. Blot with a towel, and detangle strands with a wide-tooth comb.

I know what you mean. I had the same problem. I used to straighten my hair all the time. Let me tell you it was badly fried and I had sooo many fly aways. What I found works really good for me I could notice it working the frst time I used it. The brand is Sunsilk and what I use is the pink bottle called Hydra TLC I use the shamoo and conditioner and it works really well .

(Also if you have a Frizz problem their shampoo with Defrizzer in it works like magic!)

Try this concoction I found on a website
Mix these ingredients together:
1 32 oz. bottle of protein conditioner
6 oz coconut oil
3 oz olive oil
1 oz peppermint oil or other essential oil
You should layer your hair with the conditioner. Comb it through, use a heat cap and then rinse well.

Try Joico K-pak. Also just straighten for special occasions or on weekends and use a good heat protectant. I think the super-straight look is a bit overdone trend-wise.
