He probably is fine. Puppies always seem blind and deaf partially. I have a totally deaf dog. You wouldn't know it if you came to my house. She barks and acts just like the others and knows sign language.

If he's death - he's DEAD - as in not alive.

I think you may mean DEAF - as in hearing impaired.

And a parcel is a package - I think you mean partially...

That said, take him back to your vet and have his eyes and hearing checked. If your vet isn't sure - ask for a recommendation to a specialist. Yes, if you live in a large enough metropolitan area, there are eye/ear specialists for pets.

This is one of the key reasons why puppy mills and backyard breeding should be outlawed - because there are so many puppies out there with genetic defects.

Why do you think that? Did you mention it to his regular vet? Take him back to the vet and mention your concerns so he can get tested.
Blind dogs do very well. So do deaf dogs. A combination of the two would be harder to deal with, but not insurmountable.

If you suspect your puppy has health problems, you should go back and discuss them with your regular vet. They can refer you to a specialist if need be.

Good luck!
