You should wash your face when you wake up, before and after every meal, and before you go to bed, so at least 8 times. It makes no difference what product you use, but I would suggest a moisturizing soap, or gentle soap like Dove or Ivory.

You should wash your hands even more often, as above plus before and after using the bathroom, and before and after handling foods, children, toys, door handles, etc.

You are not supposed to wash your hair a lot. It is said that it will dry it out. I have to wash mine everyday though. Can't stand it otherwise. Sometimes I do wash mine twice a day. I try to switch products and use something different every few days. If you get a detoxifying shampoo and use it about once a week, you can use the same product all the time and it won't build up.

in a magazine, i read that if your hair isnt oily, you can wash it every other day. on the days you dont wash it, you can but your hair in a stylish bun, or ponytail. and about the product thing, it doesnt matter. but, if you but two different-smelling shampoos and conditioners (for example, sweet pea conditioner and watermelon shampoo) it will smell really bad. ik you didnt ask this, just a tip, if you are trying a new product, start out slow. dont use alot cause it might not work with your hair type and will mess up your hair. hope i helped!!

you should wash your hair as least as possible. i know it sounds gross and unsanitary, but when you wash your hair all of the time you are robbing it from all of its natural oils! Shampoo cleans and strips your hair and the conditioner puts fake oils and "hydrates" your hair. But it does have to be washed and shampoo and conditioner is the only method. but i would advise you to use a hot oil treatment atleast once a week. It helps to restore and add good/healthy oils to your hair. and don't always use the same shampoo/ conditioner. Try to switch it up every couple of weeks.
