BTW--did you know, if #2 happens at a public pool, it's called a "fecal incident?" The fact that it happens often enough to have an official name just makes me want to swim at home more.

Well, if I've ever done it in the kiddie pool when I was very little, you'd have to ask my mom, but not from the time on that I remember. And it's not something you should do after you learn to control your bodily functions, ever. Not even as a practical joke, not funny.

#1, yes. There's an adolescent art to peeing in a pool near someone and being elsewhere when they notice (and, if you've done it just right, they blame someone else.)
I think I was about fifteen when I grew out of that.
