So I have been eating some variety of food. The usual stuff is pizza (normal, cheese), chicken fingers (w/ honey mustard), bagels (with butter), cauliflower/carrots and ranch dip and coffee. Some times i add or take other things.

I usually have that almost everyday.

And I have been having a really hard time with gas, like I can feel my stomach grumble so hard it vibrates. Then a few hours later. I have diarrhea. Not to be nasty.... but it’s like a green-ish color. And then I have this diarrhea several times. And then I get really hungry.

I believe I am allergic to something, can you help me figure out what it might be.

I KNOW YOU AREN'T A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL!

I just want you to talk from your own experiences.

If you have any questions or comments please send me a message......THANK YOU! ♥

Lactose (milk) intolerance, a sugar found in milk. The cheese, mustard, butter, ranch-style dip & maybe a creamer that you put into your coffee are most likely the culprits! Try going without them for awhile & add up the differences, & yes! you will feel those symptoms. there are food substitutes on the market for milk products.

the gas is probably from the cauliflower, try taking some beano before you eat it. coffee could cause diarrhea. the color of your stool depends on what you eat. but it doesn't sound like an allergic reaction. if you eat pretty much the same thing every day try eliminating one food at a time. if after a week you still have gas and diarrhea re-introduce that food into your diet and eliminate something else until you find the offending food. if this doesn't work and otc antigas and antidiarrheals don't help then you might want to see your doctor.

Green stools are basically normal. They are usually seen with more forceful diarrhea. Bile is a fat-digesting substance that is secreted in the first part of the small intestine. It has a brilliant green color. That color is how the mixture of food and digestive juice actually appears in the small intestine. Eventually the remaining mixture of undigested food material and digestive juices, which is now a waste product, reaches the colon for elimination. Bacteria then break the bile salts down into simpler substances which are darker in color. Hence the material that will be passed as stool normally undergoes a progressive color change from green to more yellow to brown. So green stool simply means that the mixture of food and digestive juices is passing through the large intestine faster than normal (a "decreased colonic transit time").

While it IS possible to develop allergies to substances you have never been allergic to before, my guess is that the cauliflower is causing the gas issues. Broccoli and cabbage can have the same effect. Coffee makes my husband have to run to the bathroom to poop, some people are more sensitive than others. To find out with more certainty what you may be allergic to, you should see your doctor for an allergy test (my daughter ended up being allergic to nuts).

If I eat cauliflower (or other cruciferous veggies) I am going to have rotten, terrible gas. It's just going to happen, a natural side effect of the food. I have found, though, when I eat greasy food while my stomach is churning out gas, it can give me diarrhea
Are you taking any meds that may be giving you the trots?

My first thought was lactose intolerance (major flatulence creator in itself).

Seems like a variety of things might be working together.

My guess'd be the cauliflower but I have nothing to back that up with. Your body definitely doesn't like something...it could be the combination of foods. Are you on any medications...sometimes that will throw your body off. Or do you have a lot of anxiety? It could be something like IBS, where anxiety and stress combined with diet can really take a toll on your bowels. Whatever it is, I hope it doesn't last much longer because it doesn't sound like much fun!

Personally, chicken and honey give me severe diarrhea for three days. I go 10-12 times a day. My mom is also allergic to chicken. Try avoiding the chicken for a while. (You will also have to read labels on hot dogs and lunch meats.) Stay away from turkey temporarily too.

I'd check the date on the ranch dip. Is it possible that its old, or has gone bad?

Also... Coffee always makes me run to the toilet and poop, but I never have diarrhea because of it. Check the date on the creamer/ milk/ half and half also.

you maximum possibly gained propofol for commonly used sedation. (in case you observed the injection and it became milky white in colour i'm able to very almost assure it.) diazepam (Valium) is often no longer used as a sole agent for anesthesia, and propofol isn't universal to reason itching. vicodin is a mix drug containing hydrocodone (a narcotic analgesic) and acetaminophen (regularly universal as Tylenol). the capability you maximum possibly gained became Vicodin 5-500mg (5mg hydrocodone and 500mg acetaminophen consistent with pill). pores and skin rash and pruritis (itching) is someone-friendly and universal section consequence of Vicodin, yet isn't advised to maximum sufferers. the section effects advised to maximum sufferers is constipation, headache, nausea, and drowsiness/sedation. what you're describing sounds like an allergic reaction and that i might provide up taking the drugs and touch you're surgeon once you're in a position. benadryl is positive and could help relieve the itching yet keep in mind that benadryl is amazingly sedating and would compound the sedative effects of Vicodin. my advice: take time-honored tylenol for the discomfort as mandatory. do no longer exceed 4 grams in 24 hours or 2 grams in 24 hours in case you have any documented history of liver impairment. you ought to nevertheless talk on your surgeon and pharmacist whether you provide up taking the Vicodin so they are in a position to record your reaction and steer away from that drug interior the destiny. btw, i doubt it became the soup.

You could have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or celiac disease (CD). CD is often misdiagnosed as IBS; mine was. You need to see a gastroenterologist.
