New Jerusalem is the bride of Christ, made up of the anointed Christians who remain faithful to death and who are raised to become kings and priests with the glorified Jesus. (Revelation 20:6 - Happy and holy is anyone having part in the first resurrection; over these the second death has no authority, but they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him for the thousand years) Just as earthly Jerusalem became the seat of government in ancient Israel, the magnificent New Jerusalem and her Bridegroom make up the government of the new system of things. This is the new heaven. The ‘bride comes down out of heaven,’ (21 vs 2)not literally, but in the sense of directing attention to the earth. The Lamb’s bride is to be his loyal helpmeet in operating a righteous government over all mankind.

The Jews are the Bride God is the Groom. Jesus is their King. The Christians are the multitude that got here out of the tribulation. for this reason the city is noted as the hot Jerusalem.

We are the bride of Christ...the redeemed throughout history. May I suggest, searching out this reality first before trying to understand Revelation. Try, at least, reading the whole New Testament before jumping off into Revelation. This should give you some insight into who the Bride of Christ is.

Dear Lover of Bible,
The bride of Christ are all those who are true believers, ie., all those who have had their sins paid for by the Lord. Please note that the "bride" is also called New Jerusalem. If we go to Galatians 4:26 we read, "But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all."
The Jerusalem above is all the true believers while the Jerusalem below consists of sheep and goats (Matthew 25).
