well, you need to make sure you eat a lot of foods with protein. skinlees chicken breasts are a great example. if you are working hard you MUST get enough protein, and i would suggest taking whey protein in addition to your regular diet.
on the same note, you also need to make sure you are getting a balanced diet. don't survive solely on protein, or your body will break down in other ways. get your carbs for energy and get some good fats now and then (avocado is a great example).

Anything high in protein. Athletes usually eat a lot of eggs and peanut butter. I would recommend snacking on string cheese or a handful of nuts to sneak in some extra protein. Make sure your meals contain a protein source! For example, don't just have pasta with sauce. Throw in some chopped grilled chicken and fresh mozzarella.
