Wouldn't that give you warm water to drink then? Nope, no health hazard there. Many people drink only room temperature or slightly warmer liquids in order to maintain their metabolic balance.

I'm not sure, you may be asking something different ... if so, please elaborate!!!!

There is absolutely no health hazard in drinking hot and cold water mixed provided the Water is all clean and free from contaminants. When the water comes out of your faucet is mixed if you have both hot and cold handles on.
Excuse my question, but what made you come up with this question.?

Mixing hot water with cold water is considered warm water. Do YOU think that drinking warm water is a health hazard?You really do?
