Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

It is a psychological fact that when a relationship ends, we tend to think more about the good times and make the relationship better in our memories than it actually was in reality. You need to ask yourself why both of you cheated on the other, what you fought about, and why she moved out. The reasons for those things happening is because you two could not sit down together and work out your issues. What makes you think you could resolve them now? Apparently she doesn't think you can because she left. Give yourself time to mourn the relationship. Think about what you can change about yourself so that the bad times don't happen again in your next relationship. When you are ready, a new love will come into your life. All the best to you.

Pins and needles is usually more of a neurological problem or some type of injury to the hand. It's possible to be arthritis, but I think that it's unlikely. Go see a doctor.

This is either rsi (repetitive stran injury) or carpal tunnel. However, one of the classic signs of carpal tunnel is waking in the night and finding that the only way to relieve the pain in your hand/wrist is to hang it out of bed and give it a good shake. See you GP who will prescribe some simple anti-inflammatories (NSAIDS) and if these don't work will refer you to a rheumatologist. They in turn will either inject the area at the base of your wrist with a steroid or may go straight ahead and get some nerve conduction studies done. Hope this helps.

Pins and needles sounds more like your nerves. Avoid resting your elbows on the table and overusing your hand playing nintendo. Take a break from the computer for a while.

It sounds more like carpal tunnel or other nerve impingement syndrome. Ask your doc, because there are ways to prevent further damage and even to reverse the damage.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and NO it is not what you have is poor circulation through holding something for to long, You constrict your circulation through squeezing your fingers round something The same thing happens if you lie or sit on your hands for to long.

Could well be but it could also be Carpel Tunnel syndrome. Go and see a doctor because it can become very painful if not treated right. Good luck and i hope you get it sorted
