You found the child of Mr. Fallas and Mrs. Paredes... their children would be called Fallas Paredes.
By Fallas Paredes you are talking about surnames, thus, strictly speaking it must not be translated.
But literally Fallas is the plural for falla, and means "failure" or even "mistake". Paredes is the plural for pared and this means "wall".
So, literally it would mean Failures Walls. An absolute nonsense.
Greetings!!

The Fallas, from 13th to 19th of March, are creations of paper mache, wood and wax, which the Valencians, divided into different groups according to quarters or barrios and even streets, build in the streets and burn on the night of the feast of St. Joseph. These figures, called "ninots" by the Valencians, allude to events and personalities of the day. The ninots, half satirical, half symbolical, are created in a style somewhere between comic strips and Walt Disney cartoons. The figures, which represents a whole year's work for hundreds of people, are burnt on the night of March 19th in towering flames, and each bonfire is a temple devoted to this colossal festival of fire.
There are different groups and each one presents a Falla. The Fallas Paredes is one of these groups.

As some above are saying, Fallas and Paredes, since, they are capitalized, we think it could be surnames.
Also "falla" is a creak (or a crack), a fault, a mistake.
and "paredes" means walls.
So, if you are talking about construction, it could mean that the walls have creaks.

Well I used to think that Falla was someone's name, so it would translate to Falla's Walls, which would makes sense because it's has clothes on it's walls. but, Fallas is never spelled with an apostrophe(Falla's) so either someone doesn't know how to use punctuation, or it means something else. the idea of last names is possible.
