You shouldn't accept Him just becuz you are afraid of going to Hell. You should accept Him becuz you believe in His teachings and in His word. Fearing going to Hell is not a strong enough reason to claim that you love the Lord becuz Fear doesn't equal Love.

Read the New Testament, speak to a Catholic or Christian Priest or spiritual counselor and when you are ready to make this decision then go for it. Don't do it becuz you are afraid of the afterlife becuz it will have no meaning whatsoever.

Good Luck.

I'm telling you that if you are afraid of going to hell then YES....you need to accept Jesus Christ. Jesus was a Jew.....you will only do the right thing by accepting him. But just because you accept him that doesn't mean that you still can't go to hell. Also make sure that you obey and follow the Ten Commandments and get acquainted with His Word.

Yes.
I am Jewish and have accepted Jesus.
It's something you have to pray on and make the decision for yourself. No one can make that decision for you.
Pray and ask God to show you the truth about the Messiah. He will show you if you want to know. That is how I came to be saved. I wasn't even planning on accepting Jesus at the time. I went to a bible study to try to meet new people and they prayed for me there. When they prayed for me, I felt the love of God come on me in a way that I have never felt before or since that time. Well, that got my attention. Make a long story short, I accepted Jesus one week later.

Our message to the Jewish people is that Jesus, Yeshua, is the Jewish Messiah. Believing in Him is our only hope of salvation - our only hope of being brought back into right relationship with the LORD. Placing your faith in Yeshua does not take away from your Jewish identity. Quite the opposite. There is nothing more culturally and Biblically Jewish than believing in the Messiah of whom Moses, David, Isaiah, and all the other Hebrew prophets spoke. He is the Passover Lamb, who willingly laid down his life so that you might have life, and rose again, so that you might place your faith in Him.

if you go to a Christian church, you need to talk to your pastor.

do you believe in God and all of the amazing miracles he has done for us?

do you believe that Jesus died on the cross for us to take our sins away?

if you answered yes to those questions then i really think you should call the pastor up(thats if you go to church) and talk to him.....

now if the only reason you want to accept Jesus Christ into your life and heart is because you are afraid of going to hell, i dont think that is right and you should possibly read the bible, go to church and think about it.

but i think that if you think you are ready to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior then you go for it and talk to your pastor or any pastor for that matter.

Religion shouldn't be about fear, but all of them seem to have that element to keep their followers in check.
They say believe in such and such or you will go to hell. Don't worry about it, there'll be another religion saying the same sort of thing against your God 'believe in our God not that one'

It just depends on what's in your heart. With or without religion you know the difference between right and wrong. If you do believe in hell and are afraid you'll go there then you wont be going there, cos thats the point.. to fear it.

Peace

I was born Jewish and I changed faiths- now I don't have one. I'm not afraid of Hell. In fact, sometimes I hope I'm wrong about God not existing. But I think that it is up to you.

Well you are God's chosen people according to the Bible. But I would ask a Rabbi and talk to your parents because they probably know more about the Jewish beliefs than anyone on here could ever tell you.

Good Luck!!!
