I have heard it is impossible to install OS X natively on a PC but I also have read guides saying it is possible. Can someone clarify this for me?

Yes, you can install Mac OS X on a PC.

You need to read this: http://www.widowpc.com/2005/08/mac_os_x_for_pc.php

No and no. you could no longer do a time-honored deploy of OSX on laptop based hardware. each and every little thing on the subject of the Mac OS is distinctive than the living house windows OS. the only way you need to use OSX on laptop hardware is a virutal gadget mixed with utility which will convert the laptop keyboard to act like a MAC keyboard. incredibly its a waste of time.

I ama MCSE and A+ tech and it is not compatable with a Windows based system, Harddrive are the same for both computers, but for the BIOS to work and the system to recognize the drives and boot it would need a compatable OS.

Recently Walmart was selling a half Windows/Linux OS called LINDOWS, and HP is going to start selling PC and laptops with LINUX exculsively as the OS.
