I think he means those little paper ones with about 8-10 pages in them.
Here we are:
The Little Bible Ministry in Pottstown Pennsylvania has them:

The only miniature bible versions I have seen are 'fake' in so far as that they are some of the first chapters and some of the last, in the better ones a few bible books. But never so far the whole bible.
The ones I have seen were sold in bible or Christian bookshops, some churches (or their souvenir shops,) and some shops that sell bric-a-brack.
If there are real (usable) mini bible versions, a good Christian bookshop should know about them, and should be able to order them for you.
A last place to look is in shops catering for dolls house people, as they can be used as part of a miniature church display.

The Book of Mormon plagiarizes Chapter 2 of Isaiah except for one verse. The context is that bowing down to idols is an abomination. Bible - KJV Isaiah 2:9 And the mean man boweth down, and the great man humbleth himself: therefore forgive them not. Book of Mormon 2 Nephi 12:9 And the mean man boweth not down, and the great man humbleth himself not, therefore, forgive him not. _________ Notice they say the opposite. Joseph Smith thought he was correcting an error, but actually he was creating one. The Bible is correct.

You can search downloadable mini tracts and find some itty bitty salvation books. Maybe you can do the same thing for what you're talking about.

Go to your local Bible bookstore. Family Booksellers is a rather common franchise, and there are others.
