The Bikini was invented in the 20th century, all major religious texts were written well before then. There is no answer to your question. It's a bit like asking which religion allows the use of computers.

Hinduism, look at the old temple, they are not even wearing a top,, in hinduism sexuality is part of nature and need to be expressed, but later it became a cultural taboo,, thats the reason why the old indians let the jungle grow on the kamasutra temple because they want to change according to the muslim invaders and the other missionaries, ,,in hinduism you are your own religion, and the very choice you make is yours, and thats the reason why there is no conversion in hinduism, no one will judge you for anything, no one has the right and thats the reason for so many hindu god and goddesses,,, its because everyone is special and everyone has their way of life, you have to accept nature the way it is , and if everyone is the same then no life will exist in the world,,, there will be no cops because there will be no theifs,, no politicians because there is no laws, no money because everyone is rich, no anna nicole smith if there is no porn,, no curry if there is no chilli,, you get the idea,

Any religion that does not have sexual hangups with gender. Why shouldn't a girl wear a bikini as long as her morals are in accordance with whatever religion she practices she should be able to wear what she likes. A bikini covers the relevant 'bits' anyway.
Best wishes, Mike.
