its summer and i am a thin 14 yr old girl. The only things that bug me about my body are my stomach and my butt. I have a big butt and my stomach sticks out a little. I need a quick way to get a flat stomach and get my butt firm. Plz list exercies and simple diet plans

A balanced diet supported by regular exercise can help you achieve what you have in mind! It is pretty good you realise there is a need for correction/remedial action!

Plz list diet plans and exercises.....i did a cauliflower sit/up 5lb weight crash diet, once. It worked. I ate alot of cauliflower....cauli has some fat content much to the surprise of many people. Not that much fat but enough. I bought ranch with cauliflower and did situps 5 days a week/probably 30 a day. Right after the sit ups, I put on my running shoes and ran outside maybe 1.5 miles 5 days a week. When I came back in the house, I lifted 2 /5lb weights. Not sure exactly how many or anything but enough. Within I'd say a month, I was f*cking hot!!!!! Even guys who were half a mile away saw how sexy i was and stared at me. Now i'm just a fat girl....
P.S- Watch your calorie i intake!!! I listed everyhting I ate in a notebook.....and added each column up.
I forgot to add that if you are planning to do a crash diet, it would be wise to take a dailty multivitamin...just to keep your body healthy while it's losing the weight.

The best way to tone your stomach is running, so try to run a mile and every other day add a quarter mile to it.

For your butt i've heard squats are good for toning your butt, though i may be wrong.

Just do a simple excersise and keep adding on to them every other day add like 20 for squats and it should fall off.

As for a diet i can't say anything but drink cold water seeing as it burns calories because your body needs to heat the water up to pass it on and stay away from sugary foods like chocolate, cookies, and cake.

Get your butt toned by doing bum tucks these are done by sweezing the buttocks in and let it out do it 100 times then for your stomach do 50 sit ups and 20 crunches a day ull soon see the different im being serious o
