My girlfriend has around size B breasts. Everyone tells her that they look good for her 5'8 figure,although they do sag a little since she lost weight. but she's rather have a smaller breast size and keeps talking about reduction to an A cup. I was wondering if any doctor would be willing to do that, or are there other ways she could shrink them without surgery.

Sounds like she should go for a breast LIFT instead of a breast reduction.
Some doctors will not do a reduction from a B to an A ONLY because there are risks with breast tissue since there is only so much there already. She would have to consult with a doctor or doctors to see their opinions on the subject.

I don't believe many doctors would do a reduction on such a small cup size. However, she may need to have a lift, since she lost weight and they are starting too sag a lift would put them back where they belong. That may help her feel better and they would definitely look better.

Sounds like she has extra skin from the weight loss. I would suggest trying the following exercises. Butterfly and chest press...it will work out the muscles around the breast area. If this does not help....then surgery...if that is really what she wants to improve her self confidence.

No doc in their right mind would take a B cup aka normal cup size and reduce it. She needs to get a bra that fits well so she looks good. Have her go to a store that measures and fits you with a bra so that she gets the right bra for her body type etc.
