i am starting to hate my husband for an affair that he had. how do i get over it?

You may never forget it but you have to forgive him. If you cant forgive, you may have to go your separate ways. Talk to a counselor or pastor.

Go to counseling. Realize that you had a part in his affair. Obviously something wasn't right in your marriage, and instead of the two of you talking about it, he went elsewhere. While what he did was wrong, the lack of communication in your marriage is his and your fault.

I don't think you really ever do....
If you still love eachother and want to work it out thru counseling and open communication you can work together to overcome it. It's not easy and I suppose it shouldn't be but love conquers all right?
Don't let your feelings get bottled up because they tend to come out at the wrong times.

I'm getting over just something similar and I know what your going through but remember RAGE is never and answer and I thinking that this is what it all boiling down to rage!

You will never get over it because he broke your trust..Trust is everything in a marriage without trust you have nothing so you are basically wasting your time with him..

Pray for healing and take up other activities so you do not dwell on it. Spend time on your children, making investments, etc.
