Yes and you should do it at least twice during the pregnancy.

Not only can you, but you should. This is how you avoid puppies being born with worms.
Go to the vet, they can provide you with a wormer suitable for pregnant and lactating b itches and new puppies - something like Panacur suspension. You'll find dewormers from shops will say not to use on pregnant animals, this is because they are neither safe nor effective. Your vet can provide you with the correct treatment.

NO, do you want to kill her unborn puppies too. The chemicals in the deworming will kill the babies and hurt the mother dog. Wait until after the babies are born. Or take the mother to the vet and there might be something new they can do for her so she does not pass the worms on to the new born.

No it's not recommended, they should be dewormed before they are bred or I would deworm her once the puppies are weaned, which the pups should have gotten their shots and dewormed as well.

Depends on what it is you are thinking of using to deworm her. Some are safe, some are not.. Talk to your vet, he knows which would be safe to use.

Nooooo.....
If the worm problem is severe, call the vet and ask what they recommend (it won't be the first time someone has called them about that same problem).
If the problem is not too severe, wait until the mom has given birth and the puppies are weaned. You'll want to treat mom and the puppies.
Good luck! :)
