I"am sick and tired of him calling me. I doun't want him yet he is still ,trying to prusue me what do I do?

Have you told him this? doesn't sound like it. It sounds like you just want him to go away without having to face him.

You'd like to be nice, but he is not respecting your wishes. You therefore need to let him know in simple terms, "I do not want to talk with you. Do not call me. If you call me in the future, I will simply hang up when I hear it's you." Then follow through. "Hi, it's me." [click] "Hey - I wanted to ask you..." [click]. You're in full control of your phone.

why don't you explain to him that you do not desire to be with him and when u are u will let him know until then give u some space and if he does not get it and continues to call DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.

just be honest with him tell him how you feel and let him know that it would not be good to be friends for awhile until the feelings die down! but be straight forward about it so he knows instead of excuses!
