Every time I touch a tomato plant, I get a rash at the place of contact, and then two days later I get hives on my neck. Every time. Anybody else? And does anybody know why?

Oh, sweetie, don't sweat it. I get that too. There is a certain chemical in the leaves that only some people react to. It might itch and it may even look terrible, but it will go away on its own. Try wearing long sleeves, pants, and some kind of hat when you are gardening. If you do get a rash/hives, leave it alone. The more creams and stuff you put on it, the worse it seems to get.
