i've told him about my doctors appointment tomorrow that he asked me to go to so that i can get back on birthcontrol pills and he said cool, and than i asked him whats up and he told me where he was going but he didn't say nothing about me telling him that i have feelings for him still

Dont worry about it...He might be processing the information you have told him, but dont stress or pressure him into anything. give him time to think

Telling someone that you have feelings isn't enough info. for an answer to be given back. Maybe all you need to do is define the question but make sure that he knows you can still be his friend no matter the outcome. You need to show him that you are mature enough to even consider this part of the relationship.

how long has it been? a couple days give it some time. if it's been more then a week then maybe you should try getting a hold of him.
also it's always better to do something like this in person or over the phone.
