yes, technically he is pushing the world the opposite direction, but the world pushed back even harder, which is why us push upper, even the mighty Chuck Norris, go away from the ground when we do push ups.

It is only partly true. If Chuck Norris were doing the push ups in the North like in Alaska for example, then yes, he is actually pushing the world down. But if he's doin the push ups down under in Australia, then technically, he would be pushing the world up.
