im traveling to israel in july and august and wondering what i should do....would i be in significant danger? what are the chances of a war? any details would be appreciated..thanks

There was not a war last summer, so why should there be one this summer?

Oh you mean the little excursion to South Lebanon.

And the odd 200 Rockets a month being launched into Israel, well buy a helmet you will be ok!

in a way there is always a war in Israel,attacks back and forth between Israel and palestinians. Israeli military bases have civilian populations around them,just do some research and avoid those areas. It does appear Israel has an invasion of Syria in mind. Have fun

Well if your scared of a war, stay out of the north part of the country, even though in my opinion that is the best part.

That should give you plenty of advanced warning if on the unlikely chance war breaks out.

1. Just don´t tell anyone you´re american...

2. if someone finds out, just go with the crowd and say you hate Bush

3. Don´t get to drunk

4. Stay on the beach, you never hear of bad things happening on the beach
