Here we go again
Apparently god only does goody goody things,
and also he has no way of intervening to prevent disaster which beggars the point of prayer.

Psst God is dead. That is why there was all this fire and brimstone during biblical times, but its been a bit quiet on the vengeance front of late. Either that or he's bored with us, and looking at the humour coming from the on-line Christian soldiers who can blame him

I have never seen any evidence that shows a god creating a flood or natural disaster. I haven't even seen any evidence that shows the spiritual embodiment of god as a male.

Christianity and its fear of persecution from this "god" is a really outdated concept

God can do anything! On the other hand, as co-creators, humanity has done quite a job on the planet earth! They, too, have been creating a lot of what is happening by their pollution and destruction of the earth. Put the site on where it belongs.

I'm not certain who would say these things. It is certainly within God's power to do so.

Does this mean that every flood, fire and earthquake is caused by God? Of course not.

Sorry, but God is not to blame for man's errors (sin). God made the planet good, it is man that messed it up.

God made floods when mankind didn't have science to show how the floods really happened.
