In Eden if Satan had not beguiled Eve, that fateful domino of a curse would not have come cascading down and there would be no need for bloodshed of ANY kind.
Also did you know that the curse he set in motion not only caused perfect man to become imperfect it actually compromised the integrity of the entire universe!-Romans8:20,21
That’s why we have earthquakes, tsunamis, tornados etc.
Satan is endowed with certain rights as is all of God’s gods. That’s right you are also a god (little “g”) that is part of our heritage being made in God’s “image”. We are eternal beings inside of this body of clay- John10:34 and YOU have certain rights imparted to YOU by God. You may choose to squander your rights but Satan invokes his rights at every opportunity and laughs at you. God has a limit on how long he will allow his creation to remain imperfect He will restore it.
In the mean time why are you allowing Satan to play three card molly on you?

Note: If Hitler had not accomplished that nightmare no one would have known the scope of his tyranny. What if God had allowed him to prevail, what then? But does God get any credit for stopping the madman?

There is no god and there is no satan and there is no abstract "evil" or such. You are deluding yourself with a tangled mass of fantasy stories.

There was no Eden, there is no Satan.
Satan is endowed with certain rights? Who says? Why would a all loving God give Satan the right to torture and kill the people he loves?
That is like setting a limited number of serial murders go free.
Why do you not actually THINK about what you are saying.
BTW, Hitler was defeated by an alliance between the British Commonwealth/Empire, Russia and America, with help from fighters from the countries he conquered. God had nothing to do with it.

OK so some fictional bimbo ate a forbidden fruit whose sole purpose was to tempt mankind and God is causing problems for all mankind until the end of days. That about right? Satan and god sound on pretty even footing. If god is forgiving then why has he punished man for the sins of two people 5000 yrs ago? Why did he make the forbidden tree in the first place? I dont like evil but i have a soft spot for satan simply because he stood up to god. Fortunately i don't believe in either

I am not an atheist, but this is not a hard question to answer.
The figure Satan is a mythic being proper to Christian religious tradition. From within that tradition your question makes sense.
However, outside the Christian tradition, Satan is just a literary figure or some character in someone else's religion. Your question, from that standpoint, becomes nonsensical.
Let me ask you something that will make as much sense as you do:
"Christian, why do you break dharma, knowing the consequences that will befall you in your next incarnation?"
or
"Christian, what have you done to ensure Ahura Mazda's triumph over Ahriman?"
or
"Christian, why are you ignoring the Word of God from the Bible and eating shrimp?"
Also, it's three card Monte, not molly.

Considering I don't accept your Bible as true, obviously, since I'm an atheist...
Why do you think I give a flying diarrhea crap what it says?
I think you're not entirely clear on the concept of just what an atheist is, apparently.
--------------
Let's accept the hypothetical though --
God exists. There is no creation. He creates the Angels, already knowing that Satan will rebel. He could have stopped the rebellion before it started.
He, despite his infinite power, allows the rebellion.
Then He creates the universe, knowing full well that Man will be tempted by Satan and fall, before even creating Man... but He creates Man anyways.
God allows Satan to go into the Garden, knowing Satan was going to tempt Man, and that Man would fall. He allows this to happen, and Man is tempted, and Man falls.
If I have it in my power to stop a runaway car that's about to run over someone and kill them, and it will put me at no risk or trivial risk to do so... am I not a murderer if I don't? A killer by passively allowing it to happen?
Then the deity you believe in... is ultimately responsible for all of Man and Satan's evil, by passively allowing it to happen despite there being no risk to himself to stop it.

Ah I just answer your note.
How do you know that God stopped Hitler. After killing millions of people ? Since God of Genesis is Omnipotent, Omniscience and Benevolent why not from the DAY 1 of Hitler life.

You are insane. Even Christians don't believe that Satan is a god. We don't believe in the Bible! Get it! You can't threaten us with it, because it's NOT TRUE. God had nothing to do with stopping Hitler. If he did, wouldn't he have saved all those who died? What a sick mind you have.

Right- lets place blame for all of life's troubles on an imaginary bad guy instead of being responsible and finding out the real reason things happen the way they do so we can NOT learn how to avoid or compensate for them-and see how far we advance as humans...

Neither Satan nor god exists. I think you've directed this question at the wrong group of people. You need to rephrase and redirect this question at Christians who actually believe Satan exists.
