Nukes would be overkill. the U.S has powerful conventional weapons that can reduce their infrastructure to rubble.

as for your list, any american that thinks he/she is free.
sould we nuke? never. find the first WMD's b4 we look for more. not just 500 or so mortor rounds that posed no treat to anyone out of a 5-10 mile range of IRAQ.
