I have known him for like 5 years and we went out a long time ago...but i havnt seen him in 3 years and now it seem like he dosnt even know i exist.

There's no way, unless you just want sex. Then just flash him something fleshy and coo when you're around him and he'll be on top of you like a hot dog on a skewer if you're a girl he wants to hump...Otherwise, MOVE ON!!!
