My neighbors are always striping and running around naked in the upper floor bedrooms with the drapes open, I think they know it is easy to see out of my side window. One of the girls has a very impressive body. Is it immoral for me to watch? Is it immoral to take videos of it for my own purposes?

only if you try to sell the video! lol...seriously...
if you have told them about it and they continue to do it, i would say it is not immoral. so long as it is not affecting your personal life (ex: your wife or s/o is upset about it).
i honestly don't know about the videos...personally that would tick me off if i found out someone did that without my knowledge.

No its not immoral. These are sluts who enjoy the attention and have no morals themselves. Might as well give em more attention by videotaping and broadcasting to the world via internet.

Oh - I should mention that taking videos (even for your own purposes) in this situation is illegal. If you get caught it could mean a year for more in jail.
