Hey if in my 5th year of highschool its my victory lap. I have always had gf's my age or a couple years younger I got guy friends that are in grade 10 to guys who are in there thirtys who I play pick up hockey with. Anywaz I took a liking to my buddys ex whos in GRADE 9 im turning 19 and shes turning 15 thats 4 years difference she looks like she 16-17 and is intelligent as a someone whos alot older than her. Yahoo what should I do? Ive she starts to like me back and say we get in a relashionship which I don't think is gunna happen because of the age difference but if it happens Im not planning on pushing her to do anything she wouldnt want to do or try anything at all sexually....Should I stop talking to this girl before she gets attached to me or should is this all ok and can I have a relashionship with her?

Ok I dont know how to responde to your responses but in Ontario Canada where i live age of concent(sp?) is 14 but I feel like a pedofile i dunno Shes just a super cool girl I guess i'll take the majority advice and just be a good guy to her love her if we get into a relashionship and thats all

For one thing, I'm pretty sure this would be illegal. Depends on your state somewhat, but I think 15 and 19 is illegal everywhere in the US. Now, if nobody cares (like, if her parents like you, and nothing bad happens to her sexually), maybe it wouldn't matter, but it's a big risk to take, especially with the whole To Catch A Predator craze right now.
I personally don't think it's the sickest thing ever like I'm sure some people will tell you, but think about your maturity as a freshman. Didn't you grow and change a lot in those years, and didn't you think pretty differently about things back then? I just think it's too easy for her to be taken advantage of, even if you don't do anything to her deliberately. She would basically be taking advantage of herself, because she wouldn't have the resources to make the decisions she would have made if you were on an even playing field. I know it's possible to be emotionally and intellectually mature ahead of your time, but it's a matter of life experience.
Plus, are you really going to want to date a high school girl when you are out of high school?? She's going to be busy with high school bullsh*t all the time, she's not going to have as much freedom from her parents, and she's going to be worried about things like Homecoming and prom and such. Aren't you ready to move on with your life?

well, first, I would make sure her parents are cool with the age difference... if they are not, do not lie about it and sneak around, that only causes grief... if they are ok with it, take the time to meet them, hang out with her at her house, get to know them and let them get to know you so you can earn their trust. If you have genuine feelings for her and won't use her just to get some, then I say go for it.

well im 17 and my fiance is 25 so why not age isn't anything but a number and people need to start realizing that. so i say go for it just be very careful with her parents

Check the laws of the state you live in. If she's underage and you had sexual relations you could go to jail.
Apart from that, I don't see any problem.

I think you have to ask yourself what you have to offer a 15yr old. Or a 16yr old for that matter. You are a grown up, in high school or not. Date age appropriate.
