I am a huuuuuge fan of the no butt, twig-like leg look. How can I accomplish this (preferrably through healthy diet and or excersize)? Or is there just no way?
Right now, I weigh about 115-120 pounds, I'm 5'5"-5'6" (not quite sure on my exact height and weight at the moment lol). I wear anywhere from a size 1 to a size 7 in jeans depending on the brand.
I just feel FAT, and I hate it. Pleeease help me, I want to feel good about myself for once!

I don't have an eating disorder. I don't want an eating disorder. Why don't you people understand that? If I wanted to be that skinny that bad, I'd be in the bathroom with my head over the toilet right now, not on here asking for a HEALTHY excersize and diet to accomplish the look.

Run Run Run, and then run some more. Eat salad, drink water.

You are already too skinny for your height. If you have a butt there isn't really a way to get rid of it so you don't have one. And if you don't have twig legs you most likely won't ever have them either. You can walk all you want but you will most likely build muscle which will make your legs look bigger. Quit obessessing cuz it sounds like you have a problem. This is part of the reason why Americanshave eating disorders - looking the way you want isn't healthy! The people that do were born that way so you will need to alter your genetics!

Right now you're at the right weight for your height. If you lose weight it would be unhealthy. In fact, that toothpick look that you're so fond of is unhealthy. I would expect most of the women you see that look like that have some sort of eating disorder. If you are truly uncomfortable with how you look, talk to your doctor about things you might be able to do. You doctor will be able to tell you how much you should weigh and the types of food you should eat and how much exercise you get. If your vision of the ideal body doesn't change for you after talking to your doctor, you might need to speak to a counsellor. I suspect there are other issues that are being masked by your obsession with feeling fat. Good luck!

Taking your height and weight of the lesser amounts of weight and height you are normal weight, anything under would be underweight and that is just not healthy....When I took the higher amounts given they also say that you are normal weight and anything else is under weight. You should feel lucky you don't have to do much...The "stick skinny" look is nasty and unhealthy. Also, if you are trying to be stick skinny to get guys to notice you, well, it might actually backfire on you because a lot of guys, unless superficial like girls who are NOT stick skinny. The best thing to do for you would be to tone your body with crunches, Pilate's, or anything else of the such. You should not be trying to lose weight. That would be very bad. If you feel so bad about your image maybe also tuning out the media might help, since that is why most girls feel bad about themselves anyways. Try not watching TV shows like E!, and try not looking at magazines for a while...forget the brainwashed crap embedded in your brain about "stick skinny"....people like you should feel lucky they are "normal"....you need to just look up and tell yourself you are fine.....If that doesn't work maybe you should seek mental therapy because you are fine with the weight you are now....and wanting to be "stick skinny" weather most believe it or not is a start, if not already, an eating disorder....Good Luck!

There is an old saying that women do not get dressed and make themselves up to impress men, but rather, other women. I think that saying applies to you.
You are beautiful just the way you are. Don't let the media brainwash you into thinking that being overly skinny is attractive, because it is not. Men do not think so, either. Who wants to cuddle and kiss on a woman who resembles a No.2 Pencil?
You are not fat. I am 5'3 and 135 and although I sometimes feel fat, I know I'm not. I've bartended the past 10 years, and even with my "extra" weight, the male customers think I'm awesome and think the super skinny girls are gross.
Unless you want to impress women, be happy with who you are. That is what men want...the real YOU.
If you don't believe me, take one of those tabloid magazines with the skinny girls on them and ask men what THEY think! You'll be suprised.
Good Luck.

You are not fat and while I think a healthy diet and exercise would be a good idea going for size zero is a bad idea. The girls that end up that way are malnurished, often infertile and risk dying young from a range of problems.See adoctor and find out a sensible target for your hight and get some guidance on getting there and stick to it.

You should not attempt to lose any weight at all. Your weight if fine for your height. You letting an inanimate object (the scales) control your emotions. If you don't feel good about yourself when your weight is great then you need to see a counselor to work on your poor self body image. You have a problem if you don't see yourself as normal.

Haha. I wish I was like that too! My god. How wonderful.
I would say, just eat smaller portions, about the size of your palm... and have a balanced meal (eg with chicken, pasta and peas with a low fat sauce or soemthing)... and then just work your butt out =P Or in... as you might say

you are bone-skinny now, which is very unhealthy. any fall could easily snap one of those twigs you've got. the next level is anorexia or buliemia , malnutrition complications and bedsores. you really need to see a professional about this self- image you have of personified beauty.those women back during the roaring twenties time, died very young.life, is a precious gift, please remember that.
