This is the easiest diet ever, unless you can't resist food.
You should eat 3 meals throughout the day. Eat Milk and Cereal and Fruit in two meals, and then eat whatever you want in one meal. Drink 8 glasses of water in the day at least. Chew food well. When you have a snack have fruits, because they don't have many calories. Try to exclude bananas. Don't forget to exersice. Walk and jog for an hour at least, since it is summer.

Shedding pounds is a long term project, body mass has to be burned as slowly as it was accumulated.
Try eating a small bit less but consume a little bit more, and be constant, exercise just about every single day without overdoing it just continue over the years, potentially 4 years.
cheers (:

One sure method of reducing weight is by practicising what is known as "Fletcherism". It was discovered in 1898 by Horace Fletcher of the U.S.A.. Fletlcher, at 40, considered himself an old man. He was 50 pounds overweight, contracted flu every six months and constantly complained of indigestion and a tired feeling. After a deep study, he made some important discoveries and prescribed the rules for "Fletcherism" which are as follows:
1. Chew your food to a pulp or milky liquid until it practically swallows itself.
2. Never eat until hungry.
3. Enjoy every bite or morsel, savouring the flavour until it is swallowed.
4. Do not eat when tired, angry, worried, and at mealtime refuse to think or talk about unpleasant subjects.
Hope this helps, Good Luck.
