The speaker IS the ohm load. When determining what a system can handle as far as ohms, it's the amp that is required to handle the load, not the speakers.

All the speakers need to handle is the power.

Your subwoofers are each 4-ohms, but when you wire them together the result is a 2-ohm load. Your best bet is an amplifier that's rated for around twice the subwoofer's RMS power rating into a 2-ohm load. That usually means a mono amp.

no a 2-ohm load will not hurt your speakers it is just making more of your amp. so this is a good thing no need to worry about the 2-ohm load.

not sure if you want to push the full rms or close to it. the kenwood here would give you 850 at the 2ohm load you would have. 50 watts over rms but 25 extra watts wont hurt. and kenwood/kenwood would be a good match up.

heres 1 thats 800rms @2ohm from mtx

exactly like the other person said. 2 4ohm subs will wire @2 or 8 ohm depending how you wire it(you want 2ohm because you would need a huge amp to get 800rms @8ohm). 2 dvc 4ohm subs would wire @ 1or 4ohm.
