Don't wash it. =P
The oils from your scalp will shine on smooth, hairless skin.
If that grosses you out, then just wash your head and then add other oil. Although that seems a bit silly to me.

If you want to keep it nice and shiny, you are going to have to shave it several times a week, otherwise, it will be stubbleville.
Try a light coat of Vaseline. If that doesn't work for you, go to a beauty supply store and ask about waxes.

jus some baby oil. that's the best one. try it and it's not as greasy as other oils or greases but shines really good. and smells good and fresh too.

wax it... apply coconut oil.. don't wash... many..many way...to get it shine... apply anything that oily...
