You HAVE to reduce your caloric intake. 3500 less calories a week should make you lose a pound a week which is pretty healthy. Keep working out. Add up how many calories you eat a day, multipy it by 7. Then subtract 3500 from that number. Then divide THAT number by 7 again and that will be the number of calories you need to eat a day in order to lose 1 pound a week,.

Walking is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlossplan.html

that is reason that 5 pounds you "lost" replaced into purely a effect of your abdomen being empty. do not forget that nutrition and water weigh a honest volume besides. those 4 pounds you gained lower back in half-hour have been from the 7 glasses of water which you drank. and those 5 extra pounds you lose after going to the bathing room have been from you emptying your bladder. that is completely known for somebody's weight to be 2-5 pounds different counting on the time of day they weigh themselves, how plenty they eat/drink that day, and the size of time on the grounds that they final used the bathing room.
