Yes, and I just found out by chance that I have one! She is called a Toy, doll face, silver shaded smoke tabby. I knew she was rare because I had never seen one other than on television or calendars. With research, she is worth around $800- $1300!! I about fell out of the chair when I learned about her. Unfortunately, I can't breed her due to her being spayed. She is absolutely beautiful and I get alot of neat reactions from people and the vets. She is about the size of a 10 week old kitten and she is a 3 year old adult cat! Everyone wants her! She is such a sweetie!

munchkin cats have shorter legs. There are some petite siamese cats, but the breeding of stunted miniature cats is generally frowned on...
You might not be aware but most dog breed associations also frown on the breeding of certain "toy" dogs. in fact most breeds will not allow them to be shown and breeders who intentionally breed stunted dogs are frowned on by the educated dog community.

There is a breed...if you want to call it that....called Munchkins. They are, in effect, dwarf cats. While their heads and the length of their bodies may be normal or close to normal size, their legs are very short, just like the extremities of human dwarfs. They also have many of the skeletal problems associated with dwarfism. I think it is a hideous and cruel thing to deliberately do to an animal.

yea but they are very fragile and unhealty. All "minature" and "teacup" animals are bred from the runts of the runts of the runts of every litter and it causes health problems...
