I have two Caliko cats (both females). They have received their shots but have not been nuetered. Their are a lot of stray cats in the neighborhood and I do leave my windows open. They don't just do it when we are not home but at night while we are sleeping. I don't know what end it comes out of but its rich with ammonia and is a wine colored (dark) liquid.

have you ever replaced the form of clutter you employ or moved the clutter field? this would make cats act up. Why not purely fill the sink with water for some days and if she gets her paws too moist maybe which will discourage her . She would have a urinary tract an infection so a vet bypass to is often the suitable wager yet on the grounds which you're saying she has consistently had an interest in water i might basically use unfavourable reinforcement to interrupt her of her wee habit. you may shake a plastic bag and say no once you seize her in the sink or clap your hands incredibly loudly or spray her with a water gun and say no no.

You should be on the phone with your vet and not online waiting days for answers that may not be correct. This could potentially be a symptom of a life-threatening disease, so time and accuracy are crucial. Don't take chances; call your vet NOW.

Also, unless you're planning to breed them, it's crucial to get your cats neutered to help reduce cat overpopulation. They don't need to have a litter of kittens first.

They sound like they are in heat. The males being nearby get this whole thing going too. How about getting them fixed?

They are marking their territory by urinating. Do you keep the litter box really clean? If not that might be why they are doing that. Getting them spayed might also help stop the behavior.

it sounds like your cats might be having their periods. I'd take them to the vet just to make sure it's nothing more serious, though
